This week the older three children are taking the Standford Achievement Test. It is not required , since we are using a private school (umbrella school) to comply with our state’s homeschooling laws, but Karl likes to have the kids take it each year anyway. And, the older two LOVE it (not sure why)! Corbin is participating for the first time this year. I think he was a little nervous, not knowing what to expect and all, but he did fine. They allowed parents of the younger children to sit in for the first 30 minutes as they gave a practice test. He had a few glitches, but worked them out. Karl stayed home and watched the two youngest so I could be there with Corbin.

Tuesday and Wednesday I will take them all with me. The two young ones and I will play and have snacks while the rest are testing. Needless to say, we are not doing any book work during the first part of this week.
