Completing the menu

This morning I was able to finish the freezer meals. Meal #6 is Stovetop Barbecue Chicken, to be served with wide egg noodles, and a vegetable. Saturday I will assemble and cook a Quiche (probably two)  to be reheated in the oven for the Saturday evening meal. I was not able to get any other meals done, but that’s okay. What we have should be plenty to get them through the week. We leave Saturday afternoon, can’t wait!
