My lunch creation: flatbread, drizzle of olive oil, garlic, basil, and oregano mixture, chicken breast, parmesan cheese, and fresh spinach. Baked in the oven for 5 minutes, just until the spinach was wilted. Carrots and riceworks crisps were great sides!
